Hey darling Claire and community ❤️I’m writing from cold little Tasmania. Drinking a hot cup of matcha as I read. I do love a Claire email! Stoked for you starting a subby 🎉
Hiiii! Aimee here. So excited you’ve launched this Claire (I’m not on insta really these days). I am a cycle coach 2021 graduate as you will know! Checking in from Hertfordshire, UK. Andddd I’m loving Vance Joy at the moment. Big hugs your way, Aimee x
Hey everyone! Eleni here from Switzerland where winter seems to make a come-back before leaving the show completely. I love substack. I deleted insta from my phone, because the amount of information available there, fries my system.
I am loving 90s music these days (so your playlist couldn't be more appropriate!) And generally dancing!! This year i had the revelation that I want to do a dance training... haven't found the right one yet, but I am not in a hurry.
Also right now very premenstrual and tired. Excited to see you here and connect with the community ☺️🤩
It's so cold again here too! Gah! Really sensing a theme here of people either deleting the IG app or coming off it completely. Glad to hear you're loving Substack, I'm enjoying it so much too. Dance training sounds very fun...
Hey loves! I recently moved back to tiny Slovenia after a decade in Berlin, to be an artist on the countryside, and I'm still getting used to it all. I deleted social media from my phone - it feels too rushed and not really social. I'd love to get fun tips and small bits of connection from this community here. I'm currently falling in love with creating a visual world based on folklore and cyclicality, I'd love to set a fiction book in it. Also enjoying the TV show Transatlantic!
Wow Sara, what a journey you’ve embarked on. I’ve wanted to visit Slovenia for so many years. I hope I get there soon. Thanks for being here! To endings and beginnings 🩷
So lovely to see you on here Claire! I’m in Adelaide, Australia, though this weekend I’m on my way to Mount Arapiles for 4 days of rock climbing. The last 2 years I’ve really got back into rock climbing which I have been doing on and off since I was a kid and I’m loving being back at it. I’ve been following Claire and practicing cycle awareness since 2017 but I’ve not been paying enough attention to it lately. I’d like to reconnect with my internal rhythms.
Did you??? Ohhh so inspiring. I had 6 months off last year which was brilliant. For now I don't necessarily see Substack as a replacement but who knows... pleased you're here and hearing you on the desire to reconnect to your internal rhythm!
Hey Claire! I have loved waking up to your newsletters (yes and reading them in bed on my phone! in Qld Australia) and was so delighted to open this email when it landed last week! I'm loving the Substack magic. Circling back today to say Hi 👋 to you and your community where I'm hoping for some of that old school blogging days connection. Right now as it finally gets a bit cooler here, I'm loving my new strength training and the feeling it's giving me in my body. Peri- Menopause is a trip let me tell you and this is helping xx
Kristine here - originally from Norway, but lived in/around Sydney for the past few years.
I’m here mainly because I love the community you’ve built❤️
It’s so beautiful to know this work is alive and continously making its way to young (and not so young:) women all over the world - SO important!
I’ve got a 2yo son…and he’ll learn about this too - should he choose to have a girlfriend/wife/daughter one day, this will be valuable for him to know😏
Hello! Writing from the Northamptonshire countryside, here to soak up all the Claire ❤️currently loving the sun ☀️ and being in the exciting planning phase as we prepare for a possible off-grid move x
Hi!! I'm Elena, from the suburbs of Toronto, Canada and also recently started Substack because of my increasing disenchantment with social media - which is unfortunate because it used to be such a genuinely fun & creative place to be! So I'm hoping to find more intentional content & communities on here. Right now, I'm absolutely devouring fiction books (currently working my way through the Bridgerton series) and they're bringing me SO much joy 💗

Awww a subby haha yes exactly! Love that YOU are here!
Hello lovelies :) Writing from Lévis, Canada with my cat Skye on my lap. Claire has been my mentor since 2019 and I'm also a Cycle School graduate <3
I'm loving the music of Fog Chaser at the moment.
Lovely to see you here Marie-Pier! Thanks for being the first commenter. Off to check out Fog Chaser... x
Hi Dee here. I'm from Sunny Queensland Australia but my ancestral roots are more English/European than Australian! I'm a 2022 Cycle Coach Student.
I love this idea of connecting more, social media is becoming more difficult and not fun anymore.
I'm loving this cooler Autumn weather especially after our really humid summer. Or maybe I just felt it more because of perimenopause 🤪
Dee x
Ahhh Aussie autumns… the best! I miss them. Hearing you on the not so fun aspect of social media. How do you like Substack? x
Substack has a different vibe to social media such as IG but it’s a good vibe. I’m more a reader than writer but one day that might change.

Ahhh Vance Joy. Total heaven. Life beyond social media hey… interesting times 🩷 happy you are here, Aimee!

I also left Instagram 2 years ago Easter just gone and Fb (other than messenger and marketplace) a bit before that and I haven’t looked back.

Oh and what's your favourite erotic novel if you've read any??
Good question! I love this one: https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/22163443
Not purely erotic, but the sex in Bri Lee’s debut novel, The Work are so great! As is the rest of it!
