Ha yes, that’s the next question isn’t it? How to actually carve out the time to read? There will always be more books to read though, I doubt we’ll ever get to the bottom of those piles 😉

Great recommendations! I was a part of your book club quite a few years ago bow, and still have some of those books on my book shelf. One I’ve since recommended to different women is “Women who run with the wolves”.

Yes! CB’s Book Club! I’d love to get that going again. And Women Who Run With the Wolves is a gift to this earth isn’t it? Actual magic.

The only book on this list I’ve read is sorrow and bliss! I tried watching tiny beautiful things but couldn’t get into it. In the last 12 months I have loved the work by Bri Lee, the next big thing, lessons in chemistry (audiobook) and intermezzo. I’m reading Breasts and Eggs at the moment but am finding it a bit boring…I’m not sure if the translation isn’t great or I am just not clicking with it.

You know I’m pleased to hear that, because as I was writing it I was thinking, maybe everyone already knows about all of these books? So I’m glad there were new ones for you! I honestly can’t even imagine how they adapted TBT for the screen so I’m curious to check it out. I started Intermezzo in January but didn’t finish it - good reminder to get back to it! And speaking of adaptations I thought the Lessons in Chemistry TV series was so good. Thanks for commenting!
