Hello!

I’m excited to be sharing our final class on the Queens of the Tarot with you. This series has been so fun for me to put together, and I hope you’ve found it valuable too.

Studying archetypes, like these Queens, can help us connect with diverse expressions of power within us; they hold up a mirror, each one reflecting different aspects of the feminine. We all hold some of each Queen in our makeup, whether it be a little or a lot!

My hope is that you’ll have seen some of your qualities and strengths in each of these Queens, and you’ll now know where in your life and menstrual cycle you’d like to embrace more of what they have to offer.

Today, we're diving into the clear-headed energy of the Queen of Swords, the no-nonsense Queen of the Tarot. She is smart AF and super straightforward; a voice of reason to turn to when we need honest feedback… though it might not always be what we want to hear! 😆

But do know that there is a softness to her as well. With her sweet butterfly crown, she is the Queen of new beginnings, renewal, hope, and finding a path forward. On the weekends, you’ll find her devouring non-fiction books, memoirs or essays that challenge her perspectives, exploring culture, politics, or self-development. She’d make a great teacher, writer, editor, scientist, analyst, or maybe something in tech, where her logical mind would shine.

Whether you’re reflecting on your next steps for the year, making a big decision, or feeling confused and craving clarity, the Queen of Swords will remind you to do your research, trust your intellect, and use your sword to cut through to the truth of a situation.

Personally, I resonate a lot with the Queen of Swords, and I’ll share more in the class and comments about why that is, and how it’s taken me a long time to acknowledge that and embrace her gifts.

Can you guess where I’ve placed her in the menstrual cycle??

4-7-8 Breathing and Less & More List

As always, we begin with journaling prompts to give you a chance to reflect on how you’re feeling today, and what has been most alive for you over the past six weeks since the Solstice, before moving onto our Queen.

To connect with her, we’ll finish the class with a 4-7-8 breathing practice and a Less & More list journaling prompt to inspire clarity and direction.

Enjoy! And please do share your reflections or questions below — I’d love to hear how you’re connecting with this Queen, or what you’ve uncovered about yourself over the course of this series.
